PMT, also known as PMS (Premenstrual Tension or Premenstrual Syndrome) is a condition afflicting women world-wide. While it is not known precisely what causes it, dietary factors in the form of low levels of certain vitamins and minerals play an important role. Providing the body with vital nutrients will mitigate the symptoms. Artemis PMT Ease Tea is based on a traditional Swiss formula, and is designed to ease any symptoms and promote a healthy cycle.

Content: 30g prime loose herbs serving 30 cups of tea.
Directions: Take 1-3 cups daily as an enjoyable female tonic. For full regulating and toning benefit take 3 cups daily for a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Once cycle is satisfactory takes 1-3 cups daily in the second half of the cycle for maintenance.
Advice: Use as directed. At the recommended dosage clinically relevant herb-drug interactions are not known.
Preparation: Take 1 teaspoon (1g) per cup (175ml), place into infuser, plunger or tea pot, pour over boiling water and infuse for 5-10 minutes.
