Kava Root Extract is native to the South Pacific Islands and is a non-addictive herb that supports the body’s natural state of relaxation and feelings of contentment.
Kava extract may also help support healthy sleep. Small doses help maintain a sense of well being, while large doses or frequently repeated small doses encourage the body into greater levels of relaxation and sleepiness.
Dosage: One capsule three times daily.
Ingredients per capsule: Kava root extract 250mg, Siberian eleuthero 100mg
Precautions: Kava is recommended for short term use (not exceeding 6 consecutive weeks). Caution is advised with excessive alcohol consumption, in the elderly, those with Parkinson's or liver disease, pregnancy, lactation and in children less than 12 years of age. Kava is contraindicated for concurrent use with l-dopa and other Parkinson’s disease medications.
Excessive consumption may impair one’s ability to drive, operate heavy equipment or may cause skin irritation.
